Cherkizovo Group has launched a new universal slicing and packaging line at its Cherkizovsky plant. The capacity of the line is from 8 to 16 tonnes of products per day.

Consumers can enjoy the delicious taste of popular Cherkizovsky products, which benefit from innovative packaging that preserves freshness. The new packaging will feature prominently on store shelves, enabling consumers to select the most convenient format for purchase. The products from the new line will be mainly distributed in Moscow, the Moscow region and large cities of the Volga region: Samara, Saratov and Kazan.

Previously, the Cherkizovsky plant was the first producer to launch sliced salami-type sausages, including Prosciutto, Chorizo and Lipetsk Special produced under the Five Stars premium brand, all of which have been very popular with consumers.

More recently, Cherkizovo Group also launched a new sliced format of traditional Russian sausages and hams under the well-known Cherkizovsky brand.

Our meat-processing segment is traditionally well known for its innovation and quick response to the market’s needs. Going forward, we intend to continue delivering high quality products and innovative solutions to our consumers”, – commented Sergei Mikhailov, CEO of Cherkizovo Group.
