Recipients of the Farm Animal Welfare Leadership Award have demonstrated a commitment to farmed animal welfare. Whether through the development of an innovative process or product, outreach or communications activities, or a proven commitment to animal welfare by incorporating best practices into the core of their daily work, recipients of this award set a high standard for animal welfare leadership.
  • The Carl Block Award
The Carl Block Award was named in honour of Carl Block, a cattleman whose tireless dedication to Canadian agriculture and commitment to animal health will long be remembered. The award honours individuals whose unwavering commitment to animal health has had a lasting impact on the industry.
  • Leadership in Collaboration Award
The Leadership in Collaboration Award acknowledges individuals who have demonstrated a commitment to farmed animal health and welfare through the promotion of public-private collaboration.
