ABH Miratorg increased the volume of one-time pigs keeping to 1 Million and has manufactured 1 Million tons of compound feeds

Livestock accounting program of ABH Miratorg has fixed 1 Millionth mark. As on the 26th of October 2011, the heads quantity in Holding pig complexes for one-time keeping was total 1 001 419 animals.

1 Million of heads mark achieved is strategically important for the company. Within the framework of strategy for development of hog production, ABH Miratorg scheduled to produce 2,5 Million of market heads per year.

For this purpose, 1 360 000 heads should be one-time kept on feed and in sow farms. By the end of 2012, the total quantity of Holding pig complexes will increase to 23, and productive capacity will exceed 300 thousand tons of live weight pork per year.

Besides, ABH Miratorg stepped over another Millionth milestone. In-house compound feeds production has exceeded 1 Million of tons since 2007. For the moment, Holding is the largest compound feeds producer in Russia , and two mills facilities cover the demands of pig complexes in full and even render it possible to make a surplus. The third compound feed mill is being constructed by ABH Miratorg in Belgorod region to cover the demands of new pig complexes (23 pix complexes will consume 900 thousand tons of compound feeds per year). After the mill’s commissioning in 2012 , the total volume of compound feeds will exceed 1 Million tons per year.
