Sibely Aiva Flores

She is a veterinarian with a degree from the Federal University of Lavras (UFLA) and a master's student in Animal Physiology and Metabolism in the Graduate Program in Veterinary Sciences (PPGCV-UFLA). She works in the field of veterinary pharmacology, focusing on optimizing the use of antimicrobials in pig farming, integrating aspects of animal health, productivity, and food safety. She has international experience in pig farming through an exchange program in Denmark and practical experience in Brazilian agribusiness. Since 2023, she has been part of the Animal Science and Intestinal Health research team, focused on the study of physiology, metabolism, and intestinal health in pigs.
