Graduating in Veterinary Medicine from the Federal University of Lavras (UFLA). He has international experience in pig farming through an exchange program in Denmark and has participated in conducting scientific experiments in the area of pig production and health. Since 2023, he has been part of the Animal Science and Intestinal Health research team and, since 2024, he has served as General Coordinator of the Center for Studies in Swine Production (NESUI/UFLA), contributing to research, extension, and student training activities.
