Marzia Borciani

Technician at CRPA - Centro Ricerche Produzioni Animali since 1997. In the last 23 years she has acquired technical and scientific skills in the swine industry detecting and evaluating animal welfare in the rearing, transport, and pre-slaughter waiting period and in market studies among consumers on the decision to purchase products with added value linked to qualitative aspects.

She has collaborated in numerous projects at the Italian and regional level, related in particular to the collection of data and measurements and their subsequent processing, and to technical consultancy activities for agro-livestock companies and consortia on product diversification linked in particular to high standards of animal welfare, biosecurity, and reduction of antibiotic use.

She performs technical dissemination activities on behalf of CRPA documented in his CV by 48 national and international publications.
