Martin Smith of Evoniks Global Strategic Marketing and Development team has over 30-years experience in specialized nutrition for high performance livestock.

He started his career with a major feed company in the UK, and has since worked with a number of international feed additive companies.

The main focus of his work is working with Customers to maximise the benefits they can obtain from the products they use.

This means helping Customers understand the challenges posed and the Modes of Action that will overcome them.
