Lina Marcela Guevara Bedoya

Psychologist with a strong background in teaching, research, and organizational consulting. She has led projects focused on leadership, work climate, quality of life, and organizational culture, integrating theory and practice with a rigorous approach. She has extensive experience in designing and validating psychometric instruments and data-driven strategic diagnostics. She holds a master’s degree in human and organizational development and is a doctoral candidate in Psychology at Ramon Llull University (Spain). She also teaches at institutions in Colombia, Mexico, and Peru. She has worked with both public and private entities, developing interventions aligned with well-being and performance.
