20-Aug-2025martijn-steenaertWe are only human after all... I'd like to add a to this article that the right mindset is of crucial importance. What helps in my opinion: 1) for everybody in the farm the shared goal should be clear (e.g. the weekly delivery of x number of class A piglets to the finishing barn), 2) with that goal in mind, set the right metrics in place (e.g. a clear definition of what is a class A piglet and what is a fair number of them), 3) what is necessary to achieve that goal and what can everybody contribute to that
