He graduated in Agricultural Engineering from the Panamerican Agricultural School, in Zamorano (Honduras), with experience in managing, improving and running the production processes of farmlands professionally; with knowledge and abilities for improving the biological and economic efficiency of animal and plant production in different environments and conditions (2012-2015).
He then studied an MSc degree in animal production and health at the Higher Technical School of Agricultural, Food and Biosystems Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Madrid and the School of Veterinary Medicine/Science at the Complutense University of Madrid (2017-2018).
He is now starting a Ph. D. degree in animal nutrition at the Agricultural Production department of the Polytechnic University of Madrid. His Ph.D. Thesis is on the chemical and nutritional variability of soybean meal, the effect of its origin on the protein and amino acid digestibility, and the possible relationship that may exist between the different methods of analysis of soybean meal (chemical, nutritional and quality).
Professional experience
2018 UPM – Supporting researcher at the department of Agricultural Production at the Higher Technical School of Agricultural, Food and Biosystems Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Madrid. Start date: August 2018.
2017 Grupo Melo S.A. - Fowl processing plant in Panama. Production area of the plant and in charge of tasks such as staff surveillance, and optimisation of production and quality parameters on the processing plant and the farms.
