TERMS OF SERVICE FOR REGISTERED USERS

333 CORPORATE 1998 S.L. (hereinafter “333”), with Tax ID number B62394358 and registered address at C/ Domenech Casamira, 3, 17500, Ripoll (Girona) and registered in the Barcelona Mercantile Registry with the following details: Volume 33028, Page B 220291, Entry 5, is the owner and proprietor of the services offered on the website https://www.pig333.com/ (hereinafter, “pig333 Portal”).

This website is governed by the regulations exclusively applicable in Spain, and both nationals and foreigners who use it are subject to them.

1. OBJETIVE

The purpose of this document is to establish the terms and conditions governing access to and use of the pig333 Portal by persons who have registered on it.

When you register and join the pig333 Portal Services, you become a “Registered User” (hereinafter “USER”). If you have decided not to register for our Services, you can access certain features as a “Visitor.”

Access to the pig333 Portal by USERS is free of charge and is conditional upon the prior reading and full, express, and unreserved acceptance of these TERMS OF SERVICE in force at the time of access, which we ask you to read carefully. By using our portal, its contents or services, USERS expressly accept and agree to be bound by the general terms and conditions of use. If USERS do not agree with these terms and conditions of use, they must refrain from using this portal and operating through it.

We may modify the presentation and configuration of our app, expand or reduce services, and even remove it from the Network, as well as the services and content provided, at any time, unilaterally and without prior notice.

The provision of personal data through our pig333 Portal requires a minimum age of 14 years, or, where applicable, sufficient legal capacity to enter into contracts. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the use of the Portal for job searches is prohibited for minors under the age of 18. However, in accordance with the provisions of Article 6 of Royal Legislative Decree 2/2015, of October 23, approving the revised text of the Workers' Statute Law, those over 16 years of age may use the services of the Platform provided they have obtained prior authorization from their parents, guardians, or legal representatives, who will be responsible for all acts performed through the Website by the minors in their care.

2. PLATFORM SERVICES FOR USERS

Registering as a USER on the pig333 website allows you to access the internal social network of industry professionals as a USER. The 333 social network allows you to post and interact with other users through comments, likes, and even post ads for job offers and searches.
You may send, upload, or transmit content or material, including, but not limited to, photographs, videos, and/or any other similar or related content or material in the  contests, social network, or classifieds section.
Both your profile (which you can complete with the information you voluntarily decide to include: photo, CV details, etc.) and all posts, announcements, and interactions will be publicly displayed on the pig333 website. This means that your profile and published content will be visible to both USERS and any visitors to the website. 

The username you register with is a mandatory field and will be visible to both USERS and any visitors to the website.  
As a USER, you can also follow other users or exchange private messages with other professionals in the sector.  
In addition, user registration allows you to access our Directory, which is an extensive directory of companies in the industry.

You can also request personalized newsletters with specialized advertising of your choice, including commercial information from third-party companies in the sector and industry experts. You can configure these mailings at any time from your profile. 

3. REGISTRATION PROCESS 

When you decide to register on our website, you will be asked for the following information:

 To access the Platform's services, users must complete a registration process using the form provided on the website.

This form will require the following information to be entered: 

  • Email
  • Password
  • First name, last name, and country
  • Company, sector, and position
  • Are you a veterinarian?
  • Country of residence

You can also access our site without registering by logging in with your Google® account using your email address and password.
Once the form has been submitted, the system will send an email welcoming you to the 333 community with a verification link that will activate the account.

Once this process is complete, the user will be able to access their USER profile by entering the email address and password provided during the registration process. 

4. USER OBLIGATIONS

  • CONTINUOUS UPDATING OF CV DATAIn the case of adding CV data, the USER commits to keeping their profile and CV data up to date, thus keeping all personal data included in their profile constantly updated so that it reflects, at all times, the USER's current situation.
  • ACCURATE INFORMATIONThe USER guarantees the accuracy of all data provided when completing the forms necessary to subscribe to the service. In any case, the USER shall be solely responsible for any false or inaccurate statements made and for any damage caused to 333 or third parties by the information provided.
  • RESPONSIBLE USE
    The USER agrees to use the pig333 Portal and the services available on it responsibly, complying with current legislation, these conditions, and the principles of good faith.
    The password for accessing the pig333 portal is personal and non-transferable, and may not be disclosed to third parties, even on a temporary basis. Therefore, the USER must take the necessary measures to protect their password and prevent others from using it. If the USER suspects that their password has been used by third parties, they must inform 333 as soon as possible by contacting
     info@333corporate.com.
  • The USER agrees to:
    • Not disseminate content or propaganda of a racist, xenophobic, pornographic, discriminatory, defamatory nature, or that advocates terrorism or is contrary to human rights, or that in any way encourages violence or the dissemination of clearly illegal or harmful content.
    • Not interfere with the use or enjoyment of the services or content by other users or with the use or enjoyment of similar content by other persons or entities, attempt to obtain or obtain unauthorized access to the services or content.
    • Not destroy, alter, disable, or damage data, information, programs, or electronic documents belonging to www.pig333.com, its suppliers, or third parties.
    • Not create false identities to deceive third parties regarding the identity of the sender or origin of the message, nor collect or gather information about third parties without their consent, nor provide third parties with email addresses that do not belong to them, nor infringe on the right to privacy or personal image or any other rights of third parties.
    • Not access or attempt to access services or content, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to them in an unauthorized manner by means of automatic password searching or other means.
    • Not use the service to send chain letters, unwanted messages, spam, or any other messages, commercial or otherwise, that are duplicative or unsolicited, or engage in any other activity that involves the transmission of any harmful, damaging, unsolicited, or illegal programs, or misuse the chats, news groups, forums, or other services that www.pig333com may provide through the website.

Failure to comply with any of these obligations will result in liability for all damages caused and may result in the service being blocked. Where appropriate, 333 may take measures to ensure that any acts of non-compliance with these prohibitions are immediately ceased and corrected.

5. UPDATE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

333 reserves the right to update and modify these terms of use and privacy policy at any time. Users will be notified of updates via email and/or notices on the pig333 portal itself. It is the user's responsibility to periodically review these updates to stay informed of any changes. Continued use of the Platform after the publication of the modifications implies acceptance of the new conditions.
