Vilomix strengthens international management to accelerate global growth

Vilomix International Holding delivered record results in 2025 with turnover of EUR 590 million, an increase of 15%. Operating income (EBITDA) rose to EUR 49 million – the highest in the company's history. Over the past five years, revenue has increased by almost 50%, and the group is now stronger than ever in a number of international growth markets.

Based on the ambitious group strategy FEED FORWARD and significant upcoming investments in Poland, Brazil and Paraguay, among other places, efforts are now being further focused on global expansion.

Peter Iversen will continue in his current role as CEO of Vilomix International Holding, and the new constellation will free up more resources for him to accelerate international growth and ensure effective scaling across the group’s 15 subsidiaries.

As part of the change, Peter Iversen will also become Chairman of the Board of subsidiary Dansk Vilomix, while handing over the day-to-day management of the company to Frank Kristensen.

On 1 March 2026, Frank Kristensen will take over as CEO of Dansk Vilomix, where he will be responsible for continuing the impressive development the company has undergone for a number of years.

"Frank has been a key part of Vilomix for many years and has proven management experience both in Denmark and internationally. I am delighted that he is taking on responsibility for Dansk Vilomix, while I focus on further developing our overall business," says Peter Iversen.

Frank Kristensen has been with Vilomix since 2012 and has held key management roles in both Denmark and internationally for a number of years, including responsibility for business development in Asia, global export sales and group development. Most recently, he has been part of Vilomix's management team with responsibility for global export sales, customer service and group development.

"After several years of responsibility in both Denmark and internationally, I look forward to translating my experience into concrete results at Dansk Vilomix. We must continue to develop our business, strengthen customer service and make it easy for customers to get value from our premix and consulting solutions – every day and throughout the value chain," says Frank Kristensen.

Dansk Vilomix thus continues its focus on developing customer service, value-adding consulting and strong premix solutions for Danish farmers – as an integral part of a rapidly growing international group.
