Africa swine mentorship program
Africa swine mentorship program is a 1-day onsite training and mentorship program organized by 333 Academy for swine producers, pig farm managers, veterinarians, animal scientists, livestock researchers, and swine industry professionals in Liberia. This impactful event, themed “Adoption of best practices for sustainable swine production”, will be a large convergence bringing together key stakeholders and passionate individuals in the swine industry from diverse region of Liberia. The aim of this event is to foster the growth and advancement of the Liberian swine industry through mentorship and capacity building, thereby promoting the adoption of innovative and sustainable practices. The program will feature intensive training sessions covering aspects of modern swine production.
The nation of Liberia has a growing pig industry, driven by dedicated and passionate producers who are striving hard to produce pigs across diverse regions. Recognizing this commitment and potential, 333 Africa is bringing the swine mentorship program to Liberia to build on this passion, strengthen capacity, and accelerate the adoption of innovative and sustainable practices in the country's swine industry
This is one of the first interventions of 333 Africa to enact best swine management practices in different Africa regions and to support the development and advancement of the pig sector in the African continent.
