A Powerful Kick-off to the Innovation Journey

On the morning of October 8, the Opening Ceremony of Vietstock 2025 took place in a solemn yet vibrant atmosphere, attended by senior leaders from the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment, along with representatives from associations and enterprises both domestic and international.

On behalf of the Organizers, Mr. Ben Wong – Country General Manager of Informa Markets Vietnam – warmly welcomed all guests and emphasized: “Recognised as Vietnam’s premier international exhibition for the livestock industry, Vietstock is more than a trade show. It provides a dynamic platform where attendees can experience cutting-edge innovations, participate in engaging discussions, and uncover practical solutions that support a healthier and more sustainable future

Also at the ceremony, Deputy Minister, Phung Duc Tien (Ministry of Agriculture and Environment) highlighted: “Vietstock 2025 will serve as a vital platform where businesses showcase advanced technologies, highlight sustainable practices, exchange insights on emerging trends, and address pressing challenges in the livestock and agricultural sectors in Vietnam and the ASEAN region

Hosted by the Department of Animal Health and Production (Ministry of Agriculture and Environment), Vietstock 2025 is organised by Informa Markets, with a strategic focus on science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation for a sustainable livestock industry. With the support of more than 50 livestock associations, government organisations, as well as local and international media partners, the exhibition provides an exciting platform to explore new ideas, discover modern farming solutions, and connect with experts who are shaping the future.

Day One Energized by Highlight Activities

Following the Opening Ceremony, high-level delegations toured the exhibition halls, where hundreds of cutting-edge technologies were on display – from smart livestock systems and farm management solutions to modern feed products and equipment. Direct exchanges between enterprises and policymakers created an open and vibrant atmosphere right from the start.

A Showcase of Technology and Sustainable Solutions

This year’s exhibition impressed visitors with a wide range of innovative technologies and models, including:

Conferences and Technical Seminars Provide Fresh Insights

On the opening day of Vietstock 2025, the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment hosted the Industry Conference under the theme: “Livestock and Poultry Development to Ensure Supply Capacity for Last Quarter of 2025 and Early 2026”. The conference brought together senior leaders and leading experts to discuss strategic solutions aimed at stabilising supply and promoting sustainable livestock development. It became one of the key highlights of the Vietstock 2025 programme.

The Department of Animal Health and Production (Ministry of Agriculture and Environment) will chair 03 conference sessions focusing on science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation in livestock production, aiming to drive the industry’s fast and sustainable development. The sessions will encompass technical advancements, regulations, and policies, providing attendees with updates on the latest trends and practical best practices in the industry.

  • Plenary Session: Application of Science & Technology, Innovation, and Digital Transformation for Sustainable Livestock Development.
  • Breakout Session 01: Disseminate and implement specialised documents on livestock production and animal health in alignment with the two-tier government model.
  • Breakout Session 02: Pharmaceuticals – Veterinary Vaccines, Optimal Solution in Response to The New Context

Specialized Conference on Livestock and Animal Health Products chaired by AHAV

Livestock and Animal Health Product hosted by AHAV with the theme “Impact Of Changes In The Law On Standard Technical Regulations And Law On Product Quality On The Field Of Livestock And Animal Health”. The conference offered a multi-dimensional legal and regulatory view, updating businesses on compliance trends and proposing practical recommendations to strengthen competitiveness.

Circular Farming & Biosecurity – Solutions to Enhance Product Value from VFAEA

Animal Welfare Conference hosted by VFAEA with the theme “Circular, Disease-Free Livestock Farming To Enhance Product Value”. This topic holds special relevance as Vietnam’s livestock industry seeks to increase added value through circular farming models, biosecurity, and compliance with strict animal welfare and environmental sustainability standards.

Technical Seminars – A Hub for Sustainable Solutions

The technical seminar series attracted significant attention from experts, addressing practical topics such as antibiotic alternatives, disease management, and poultry heat stress reduction. These sessions provided livestock farmers and enterprises with a wealth of knowledge and tools to improve productivity and product quality.
