Hypor to acquire KCAP multiplier and agreement of sale of product through Cornbelt Livestock Services

Hypor strengthens its presence in the US swine market with strategic acquisition of KC Air Pork LLC (KCAP) breeding stock. Additionally, Hypor and Cornbelt Livestock Services have partnered to provide nutrition and consulting services.

Hypor, as part of Hendrix Genetics, is one of the world's leading suppliers of pig genetics, is set to acquire KCAP, a multiplier underneath the umbrella of Great Plains Management. Great Plains Management offers production management services for both sow farms and swine grow-out facilities. As part of this agreement, Cornbelt Livestock Services will provide nutrition and consulting services for their customer user group.

This acquisition will strengthen Hypor's presence in the US market and deliver enhanced genetic performance for swine producers in the USA.
