Following her maternity leave, Freya von Czettritz will resume the project management of Agritechnica, the world's leading trade fair for agricultural machinery. Freya von Czettritz joined the DLG in 2008 and as project manager of Agritechnica, she successfully organized this biannual exhibition in 2009, 2011, 2013 and 2015. Since 2016 von Czettritz has also been responsible for the Division Plant Production and Field Operations, overseeing the Agritechnica, DLG Feldtage and PotatoEurope exhibitions as well as coordinating the development of other international events in the trade fair portfolio.

Ines Rathke joined the DLG earlier this year and will be taking on the role of EuroTier project manager in 2021, working alongside the current EuroTier project manager, Dr. Karl Schlösser in the interim period. Rathke joins the DLG from Koelnmesse where she was director of the international trade fair “spoga horse”, the leading trade fair for equestrian sports. In that role, she gained valuable exhibition experience, concluding a range of successful events held at Cologne exhibition centre, Germany. Prior to that, Rathke was invited to the UK to take on the role as Head of Retraining at the British Thoroughbred Retraining Centre (BTRC), a charity for retraining and rehoming ex-racehorses operating throughout the UK. Rathke moved to the UK from South East Asia, where she was based in Hong Kong for three years, leading the operational stable management for the Hong Kong Jockey Club. After earning a Master of Science (M.Sc) in agriculture, majoring in animal science at the University of Göttingen, Rathke worked as a consultant for various livestock feed companies in Germany.
