Sustainability, food safety and nutritional value of animal fats in comparison to vegetable oils
and fatty acid mixtures.


In this brief seminar the nutritional aspects of using fats & oils will be outlined by the author of the book ‘Fact about fats’. Mrs Carine van Vuure will elaborate on the food safety aspects of animal fats.

This is of specific relevance in view of the most recent German dioxine scandal. The last  speaker is an expert in calculating the Carbon Foot Print of feedstuffs for the feed industry.
