Poznan Veterinary Forum

In this Forum we will be discussing the issue of health in regards to cattle and pig livestock. The purpose of this forum is to discuss new trends in regards to the science of breeding in which we aim to achieve the highest productivity from the livestock. As we all know, health is a very important factor in regards to animal productivity. The main goal is to eliminate or at least minimize the risk of disease in the livestock through more advanced production systems. Using modern trends in veterinary focuses, our goal is to keep domestic herds at the greatest level of health. Our purpose is to minimized the treatments of animals which lowest the use of antibiotics used in animal production. The Goal of The Poznan Veterinary Forum is to discuss veterinary topics involving cattle and pig livestock, so we changed the name of the Forum from “diseases of cattle and pigs” to “health of cattle and pigs”.
