2nd International Congress on Food Safety

This congress is one in a series of SAFE consortium congresses which will cover all aspects of food safety including the Evaluation of Benefits and Risks of Food Components as in our first Congress and Novel Preservation Technologies and Food Quality, Safety and Health as presented here.

The Congress organisers and the Agricultural and Food Research Institute (IRTA) as host
organisation intend to bring together more than 300 scientists and industrial exhibitors for
productive work, meetings and to help form new relationships among food professionals of
the world. This is an opportunity tomeet and exchange our views and ideas, as well as a proper place to discuss new proposals for joining the future European framework programmes.
