Post mortem lesion found in a sudden death. A high percentage of the animals show high fever and are lethargic. There have been cases of abortions and animals with bluish tinge on the skin.

At necropsy, the spleen is greatly enlarged and congestive. Its color is very dark red, almost black. When cutting the spleen here is plenty of blood.
