Japan – Increase in pork importations

During the first trimester of this year, fresh and frozen pork importations in Japan reached 187,741 tons, slightly higher than importations during the same period of last year, which reached 172,112 tons.

During the first trimester of this year, fresh and frozen pork importations in Japan reached 187,741 tons, slightly higher than importations during the same period of last year, which reached 172,112 tons.

The main provider is still the United States with 78,076 tons, followed by Canada (42,274) and Denmark (29,165).
