Brazil – Decrease in exportation of pork

Between the months of January and May Brazil exported 214.101 tons of pork and invoices a total of 583,13 million dollars. These values represent a decrease of 3,88% in volume and a 7,20% increase in income.

Between the months of January and May Brazil exported 214.101 tons of pork and invoices a total of 583,13 million dollars. These values represent a decrease of 3,88% in volume and a 7,20% increase in income.

With respect to exportations to Russia, the main destination of Brazilian pork, during the first five months of 2011 Brazil has exported 84.000 tons, which represents an 18,18% decrease in volume and a 7% decrease in value.
