Belgium – Pork meat exportations rise

During the first semester of 2010 the Belgian pork meat exportations have reached a volume of 372.250 tons, 3,3% more than in the same period last year.

During the first semester of 2010 the Belgian pork meat exportations have reached a volume of 372.250 tons, 3,3% more than in the same period last year.

Germany is still the main destination of Belgian pork meat (146.844 tons). Also, a strong increase in exports to eastern European countries has been noted.
