Suffolk-based pig equipment specialists, Quality Equipment, has produced a new brochure on feed handling systems. It provides pig farmers with a wealth of information on all types of kit needed to transport feed around the farm and to the pigs.
This includes everything from simple troughs and hoppers, fabricated in both plastic and metal, to tote bins and the augers and conveyors needed to fill them. Useful information is also included on the company’s successful Transition and Sprintomat feeders used to rear small and under-privileged piglets at weaning and afterwards.
